Intimacy Coaching Sessions

– for individuals or couples

  • Working with me starts with a free 15-minute discovery call. This call is meant for us to get to know each other and agree on the framework for collaboration.

You can book that call here.

  • Then we schedule the first session, which lasts 50 minutes (individual) or 1h20 (for couples), online or in Warsaw.

  • Subsequent sessions are usually held weekly, though frequency can be adjusted to your individual needs. In the sessions, we will discuss your current situation and develop an action plan.

  • Time between sessions also matters. I always make sure you receive materials and self-work tasks to support your process.

My approach to intimacy coaching is...

Ethical

Thanks to my certification from Sex Coach University, I work according to ethical principles focused on the well-being and safety of my clients. I also submit my work to supervision.

Non-judgmental

I believe everyone has the right to authentically express their sexuality (in a consensual and safe way, of course). I create a safe space where you can freely share.

Individualized

I don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. I carefully consider your needs and experiences, offering tools and knowledge tailored specifically to you.

Up-to-date

I stay informed about the most effective and up-to-date tools, continuously learning from experts in sexology, psychology, and mindfulness from around the world.

Holistic

Our sex life is not separate from other parts of life. I take your broader life context into account and support you in those areas, too.

FAQs

  • In short, an intimacy coach is a sexuality specialist who helps people overcome difficulties related to sex, intimacy, and relationships.

The process is goal-oriented and includes:

    • Identifying what blocks you from living the sexual life you desire,

    • Creating a concrete action plan to remove those blocks using coaching tools,

    • Guiding you through the process so you can enjoy a healthy and satisfying sex life.

You can find more information about it here.

  • The discovery call is a short, free, 15-minute online meeting. Its purpose is to discuss the area you want support with and agree on the collaboration terms. It's also your chance to ask questions, clear doubts, and simply get to know me.

You can book a call via the calendar available here.

  • I work with people of all genders and sexual orientations.

  • When people ask why I chose this career, the truest answer is: I didn't choose sexology—it chose me. Because it's true. (More about my story in the "About Me" section.)

I've been passionate about sexuality and human relationships for years. After years of self-education, I decided to devote my work to educating and helping people experience their sexuality without shame, pressure, or fear.

So, I completed a sexology program at the American Sex Coach University, where I learned modern methods of working with sexuality. I'm also an organizational member of WAS (World Association for Sexual Health) and completed SAR (Sexual Attitude Reassessment Training).

My deep curiosity about relationships and sexuality drives me to keep learning from global experts in sexology, psychology, and mindfulness. That's how I stay updated with the most effective and modern tools.

You can read more about it in the "About Me" section.

  • The first meeting, the discovery call, lasts 15 minutes and is free. Each individual session is 50 minutes – 50 EUR;

couples sessions last 1 hour and 20 minutes – 75 EUR.

You can book your call here.

  • The most honest answer: it depends.

I'm not the kind of coach who promises "quick fixes" or "a perfect sex life in 5 sessions" — such methods don't exist. And honestly, "quick change" doesn't always mean "good change," especially when dealing with something as sensitive as sexuality.

Each person comes to my practice with a unique story and background. Yes, sometimes the change happens after one session (not joking), but most processes require time, attention, and commitment—with my support.

So I don't promise change after a specific number of sessions, but I do promise my presence and attention, a non-judgmental space, and evidence-based tools and insights. A safe space for the changes you want, at your pace.

  • I chose to use the term "intimacy coaching" because it better reflects what I actually do and the values I uphold. Once I got confirmation from Sex Coach University that I could use the title "intimacy coach," I adopted it.

To me, intimacy is broader than sex. It's emotion, connection with a partner or oneself (in the case of solo sex), awareness, closeness, relationship with one's body... And that's what I mostly work with in my practice.

Though "sex coaching" is a fully accurate term, it can still come off as too strong or triggering shame. So I prefer a phrase that immediately feels safe.

The most important thing to me is that clients feel invited into the conversation—without tension or fear.

  • Besides 1:1 and couples intimacy coaching, I'm passionate about adult sex education. I expand awareness through workshops, online courses, public talks, writing articles, and creating digital content.

You can learn more in the "About Me" section.

If you're interested in collaborating with me in this area, email me at: contact@juliasvirid.pl

  • I offer workshops on topics such as:

    • Pleasure in sex

    • Touch

    • Self-pleasure

    • Embodiment in sex

    • Partner communication

This list is always growing, and I'm open to new projects and collaborations. If you're interested in working together, feel free to reach out: contact@juliasvirid.pl

  • No, it's not the same, although both fields can complement each other. A sexologist is a medical or psychological professional who diagnoses and treats sexual dysfunctions, often through therapy or medication.

Intimacy coaching (or sex coaching) focuses on personal development, self-awareness, relationships, communication, and exploration of one’s intimacy in a non-clinical way. A coach does not diagnose or treat but supports in uncovering needs, overcoming blocks, building confidence, enhancing pleasure, and deepening connection.

Whenever I recognize someone would benefit from therapeutic or medical help — for example from a sexologist, psychotherapist, psychiatrist, or doctor — I always refer them to the appropriate professional. Client safety and well-being are my top priority.

Intimacy coaching is a space to explore yourself and improve your sex life without shame or judgment — with presence, empathy, and respect. If you want to deepen your self-connection or improve your intimate life, this process might be for you.
